We're upgrading our online and mobile banking platform to provide a more modern and convenient banking experience. Designed with you in mind, the new platform will make it easier to manage your accounts, move money, monitor activity, and access the tools you use every day.

While the new platform won't launch until November, we're beginning to share information now so you have plenty of time to prepare. Throughout the coming months, we'll provide sneak peeks, important dates, helpful resources, and step-by-step guidance to ensure a smooth transition.

Why is Climb upgrading online and mobile banking? 
We're investing in a new platform to provide a better digital banking experience with improved functionality, enhanced security, easier navigation, and a more modern design.
When will the new platform launch? 
The new online and mobile banking experience is scheduled to launch in November 2026. Additional details and important dates will be shared as we get closer to conversion. 
Do I need to do anything right now? 
No. There is no action required at this time. Continue using online and mobile banking as you normally would. 
Will my accounts or balances change? 
No. Your accounts, balances, transaction history, and services will remain intact throughout the conversion process.
Will I need a new username? 
We're still finalizing login details and will provide instructions well before launch if any action is required. 
Will the mobile app change? 
The mobile banking experience will be enhanced as part of the upgrade. More information about the app experience and any required updates will be shared before launch. 
Will Bill Pay, transfers, or other services be affected? 
Some services may experience temporary interruptions during the conversion period. We'll communicate any impacts and important dates in advance so members can plan accordingly.  
Will my scheduled payments continue to process? 
Yes. We expect existing scheduled transactions to continue processing as directed. Any exceptions or required actions will be communicated before the conversion.  
Will the new platform be secure? 
Yes. Security remains a top priority. The new platform will include enhanced security features designed to help protect your information and accounts. 
What improvements can I expect? 
Members can expect a more modern experience, improved navigation, enhanced security features, better account visibility, and expanded digital banking capabilities.
