Her leadership in the credit union sector has led to the achievement of industry-leading Net Promoter Scores, and she has been recognized as a subject matter expert in elder fraud prevention, financial management, and other financial industry topics. Among her many accomplishments, Johnson is particularly proud of leading a transformative organizational initiative that not only enhanced member experiences but also streamlined operations.
